Hey there, I'm May. I've been practicing yoga for seven years and teaching for two. To me, yoga has been a transformative journey both inside and out. It's taught me discipline and grace, clarity and wisdom, strength and vulnerability. And I'm passionate about sharing this philosophy with others.
A long journey
How it starts
I began my yoga journey in 2017. For the first few years, I wasn't very consistent - I only practiced once a week and mainly saw it as a form of physical exercise, without much thought to spirituality. In fact, I was somewhat closed-minded about it. But over time, I started to practice more and more, and gradually fell in love with yoga on all levels - physical, mental, and spiritual.

I believe that yoga has the power to change lives and help people connect with their true selves. As a teacher, my goal is to create a welcoming and supportive space for my students to explore their own yoga journeys, and to inspire them to develop discipline, grace, and inner strength both on and off the mat.
